P&G Kagayaki棟

Kagayaki棟は、滋賀県にある当社の工場の生産・倉庫棟です。LEED　silver level（LEED v4 BD＋C）を取得しました。プロジェクトがエネルギー効率とサステナビリティについて、設計段階から施工を通して、改善に取り組んできた結果です。具体例として、再生水の使用、高効率な節水器具を使ったトイレ、人感センサーを搭載した照明の採用、外気冷房の導入、工事の廃棄物について可能な限りのリサイクル運用、汚染リスクの予測分析と管理計画の策定などが挙げられます。

Kagayaki Building is the recent production and warehousing building for one of our factory in Shiga prefecture. We have achieved LEED silver level (LEED v4 BD＋C) the project has considered way to improve energy efficiency and sustainability from design throughout the construction such as : using recycling water, using high efficiency water usage equipment in toilet, adopting human sensors lighting, having ecomizer design for the ventilation system where we utilize the cool ambient air from the outside during autumn and winter,  waste management during construction and have them recycle where it is possible, identifying the source of pollution and creating a plan to control it.
